Kathy Kiany – Animation Portfolio Website

This website was designed and developed to showcase the professional portfolio of Kathy Kiany, a talented Iranian animation artist based in Canada. The primary goal was to highlight her work on major studio projects and independent productions in a visually engaging and uniquely creative way.

Key Features:

• Use of soft moving animations throughout the site to create a dynamic, polished, and distinctive user experience.

• A comprehensive multi-page layout presenting the full range of animation services Kati offers, including character design, storyboard development, and production animation.

• Advanced contact forms fully integrated with a CRM system to ensure seamless communication with potential clients and industry contacts.

• Fully responsive design optimized for perfect performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Complete performance optimization for fast load times and smooth browsing, as well as technical SEO for visibility on search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

Challenges & Solutions:
One of the main challenges of this project was consolidating Kati’s diverse body of work, which was spread across multiple social media platforms, into a clean, navigable portfolio. Another major task was optimizing the site for performance, given the large number of media-heavy elements. Through thoughtful planning and technical execution, both challenges were successfully resolved.

This project was completed at Side Digital Marketing Agency, where I served as the lead web designer, technical manager, and developer responsible for bringing the vision to life.
